so i was just playing one of those dancing video games with the boys i babysit and then i look at my email and there is one entitled exercises to avoid while pregnant. i start to read it and it says avoid jumping, bouncing, and jerky dancing...ugh, all of which i was just doing. i hope i did not do any damage. oh, and sorry for no caps, thebump and my smaer phone dont get along and i cant use any of my shift keys when  typing here.
