for those that are constipated! theres hope!

So I know a lot of us are dealing with the joys of constipation, I wanted to share something I find helps a lot. Glycerin suppositories! I don't know if they sell them in the states, but if they do they should be available over the counter. Its awesome, gets your poop shoot all lubed up, and I know its kinda gross but even just the feeling of having something in your butt tends to give me the need to go. Its not THAT uncomfortable, just a weird feeling. The longer you can leave it in there to melt the better but I normally just leave it for a few minutes. Anyone else try them?
