Can't stop crying today

I am so emotional today... The instructor on my yoga video said something that got me all chocked up this morning, songs, commercials, even just thinking in the shower got the water works started....I'm not sad at all and I feel so silly getting so emotional and teary eyed over little things... Ah well, gotta love those hormones...
