TMI - Strong Odour?

Sorry, this may be a bit gross.. but..
for the last week or so (from when I started noticing it anyway) Everytime I go to the washroom theres this really strong odour coming from down there...
I dont Think I have an infection.. my liquids are clear and theres no unusual discharge or pain or anything...
I feel like I need to shower more often... or is it cuz my sense of smell is just heightened and bodily functions just seem so much worse?
I dont see my doctor again till Feb 7th and Im just wondering if I should worry and try and get a sooner appointment..
What could be causing this??
