What to do about hunger?

Is anyone else experiencing hunger pains every two hours or so? I think I've been doing a decent job of having small meals with snacks in between, and it just doesn't seem to be working. I'm getting complex carbs and proteins. I eat fruit, peanut butter, yogurt, etc. But, before I know it I'm hungry to the point of nausea. How are you ladies coping?
