Baby moving or not???

I can't figure out if what I'm feeling is quickening/baby moving or not. Last night I had issues sleeping because my tummy would sometimes feel uncomfortable. I can't really explain it. It wasn't painful just an annoying uncomfortable feeling. Also I notice that a lot of times when I'm finished eating I experience a weird feeling in my belly that feels almost like hungar pains or slight gas. I'm 18 weeks pregant. Could this be quickening that I'm feeling? If so when will I be able to deicpher the difference from this funny feeling to an actual kicking feeling?
