When to go to the hospital for High Blood Pressure...

I just took my BP and it's 144/82. The Dystolic range is in the "high normal" but my Systolic is higher than its ever been... I don't know when I should call the MD and freak out... or if it's normally like this later in the pregnancy. I'm normally ranged about 117/74 ish. Those are my "usual" numbers. I'm just worried I guess.
