symphysis pubis dysfunction

Does anyone know anything about this? Im starting to think this is what i have, my doctor didn't give it a name, just sent me to physical therapy. The therapist told me my hips were out of line. Now all my joints are going to hell, i cant even do the therapy anymore my knees are making it almost impossible for me to walk much. 

Also ive read that most people with symphysis pubis dysfunction actually completely lose there ability to walk and have it worse with every pregnancy. Looks like if i have this there will be no more babies for me.

I know its bad to try to self diagnose, im in the process of trying to get into the doctor now but just wondering

If anyone has this or knows anything about this?
