stroller recommendation

DH wants the Buggaboo Cameleon, but I've read that it's a better option for parents that live in very urban, walking areas. We're in a big city but there will be lots of in and out of the car and I worry that I (a petite person that becomes easily agitated with "gadgets") will have a hard time with it.

Any one have this stroller? Suggestions?
