PIP: what kind of rash is this on my babys face....

DS has had normal baby acne for a few weeks and then recently got some rough red small bumps on his forehead that seems to be spreading and getting worse. Now its red and rough and splotchy  I dont know if this is dermatitis or some allergy.  He doesnt have a fever or seem to be in pain, but it looks Nasty...any ideas?  Ill call or go to the doc tomorrow?  I also feel like it appaeared or got worse after his vaccinations last week, but may be totally unrelated." mce_src="">
