Nauseous to Hungry??

For the past 2 weeks I've been nauseous all day. Not vomiting, but nauseous enough that it was very uncomfortable and the food aversions were out of control.

Since yesterday I have been seriously hungry. Stomach growling hungry. I much prefer this feeling but it totally freaks me out. Especially since my acne is getting a *little bit* better and I've had some more energy.

Normal at 7 weeks? My imagination is getting the better of me at the moment...
