3D/4D Ultrasounds

Is anyone paying to have a 3D/4D ultrasound done?  I originally thought I wouldn't since it's not covered by insurance, and I just assumed the cost would be ridiculous.  However, I did some looking online, and the place near us that specializes in them charges $99 for a package which is a 20 minutes ultrasound, some photos, and then a DVD with all the images. (And, I think it's a little weird that there are places that do this and it's like buying a wedding photographer package - ha ha).  Anyway, now I'm kind of curious about it.  Thoughts?
