Daycare fell through, now what :( PANIC

My friend who has a daycare is not going to be doing it anymore as of next August.

And now I'm really panicking because a) she was only $180/week and within our budget, b) I trusted her more since I know her and she's a friend, c) she was more flexible and didn't need a security deposit and in general had more leeway.

So now I don't know what to do. I have to start all over again and we need to figure out how we can afford it. All daycares I have checked out (centers and in home) are all close to $100+ more a week and just too expensive for us

Anybody know of any good day care options in either Minneapolis or Apple Valley/Burnsville area?
