JJ Cole Bundle Me Controversy

I just looked up safety standards for the JJ Cole Bundle Me used in infant car seats. I don't remember who posted this a bit ago but just in case anybody is wondering....

"Tests performed on car seats with the JJ Cole BundleMe installed found that the car seats complied with the Restraint System Integrity and Occupant Excursion portions of the FMVSS 213 requirements." Found on JJ Cole Website.  

I have used mine with both my other babies and had no trouble getting the restraints nice and tight on the infant.  I don't understand why they would be allowed to sell them for the car seats if they were not safe to use while actually in the car??  Just like any other item, I am sure there are safety standards to comply by.  

Just thought I would put that out there.
