Workout Mamas!

So I am currently teaching Zumba 5x a week. About 30 min in I have been feeling alot of pressure. It almost feels like a pulled muscle. I went and bought a maternity support belt today. Hoping that helps alot. Anyone else feeling like that?

Also, what are you wearing top wise to work out? All of my workout shirts are starting to show my belly at the very bottom. TIA
