Pain and little moving?

I felt the little guy kick all the time for the past couple weeks. I got horrible allergies last Thursday night and sneezed my head off. Then starting Friday night I had bad pains in my lower stomach along my panty line. It hurt so bad to stand, lie down, bend over or sit. If I was up and moving I felt ok. It feels better today, but still hurts a bit. Plus I haven't felt much kicking around in there since last week either. I'm a bit worried. I see the doctor Wednesday. I'm hoping it is just growing pains or maybe I sneezed so much I'm sore. Anyone else having similar things going on?
