Playing agility?

I play agility with my dog. We love it. I'm due in January and the next session is starting and lasts through November. I don't know if I'll get too big and uncomfortable to run around. If I should stop now and start after the baby is born. Though I don't want my dog to associate negative things with the baby, or get bored and crazy if we aren't playing. We have class once a week. I want to ease her into a baby and plan ahead and make little changes as possible. Though I don't want to kill myself or hurt the baby in the mean time. Thoughts?
