If you use a medical FSA and your'e not sure if your baby will be born in 2011 or 2012, what do you do about contributions?

If the baby is born in 2011 I'd want to increase my contributions so that the birth costs could be covered, but won't it be too late to increase for 2011 by the time the baby is born, especially if the birth date is 12/31/11?

Maybe it works if you pre-pay the hospital costs, but what if you pre-paid for a vaginal delivery and end up with a c-section?  

I'm going to be calling DH's HR dept soon, but thought I'd see what you ladies had to say too.
