Daycare woes.

I just dropped my girls off at daycare. My three year old gets so upset at the the mere thought f going. Really emotional,Cries all thru getting ready, the car ride and drop off. Today was a little better because another little girl was interested on her.But then my 18 month old, who normally goes without so much as a backward glance, got so upset when I left. Crying out for me. I stood outside the Door to see when she would stop, and I had to leave because I almost went back in to pick her up.This goes against so much of what I believe as a parent, your child s crying and upset, you pick them up and hug them.Anyone have similar issues or advice on how to make this easier on all of us? Or mabe an extra 500,000 or so so I can be a stay at home mom?So looking forward to January and then I can be home for a year....but will we just have this problem again when she starts school next fall?
