Need your u/s "eyes"-WDYT? (PIP)

I had another u/s this morning...all is well baby gained 5 oz in 3 weeks, heartbeat was 141 bpm and my fibroid grew, but only milimeters.

My first u/s the cord was between baby's legs the entire time.  This time baby had "her" legs crossed the whole time, with the exception of two instances.  The tech said she saw a glimpse of the 3 lines at one time and then caught this snapshot toward the end.  The tech said she was pretty sure girl, but was not 100%.  I just want to know already!! 

So, what do you all think?
