Pregnancy Pillow anyone?

So, like many of you, I've had a hard time getting a good night sleep.

Can't get comfortable, achy hips and lower back and peeing all the time are my biggest issues.

Well I looked online and found this pillow. It looks huge but the reviews are outstanding. I'm going to fork over the $70 and try it.

What do ya'll think? (Yes- I'm a hick )
