How much weight have you gained recently?

I'm a little freaked out b/c I stepped on the scale yesterday and then did again this AM and I've gained at least 8 lbs from my last appt. I'd lost 5 lbs from my last visit so I've definitely gained. I haven't been eating the best and my appetite is back... and I'm not trying to be vain, but that seems like a lot to me!!!
