dumb question about profile/messages :|

I feel like there has to be an easier way to get to your profile/messages than how I am doing it.

Right now I go to My Account in the top right which takes me to the page to edit all my account info. On the right is a button that says Customize Your Profile, so I click that. Then I have to hit Log In near the top, then log in, then hit friends, then messages. Kind of a PITA.

Am I just totally missing the easy shortcut button or is this the only way? Don't make me feel completely stupid here, please... hahaha
