Follow-up u/s yesterday

We had our follow-up from the A/S, where they diagnosed a potential cleft lip in our son.  The scan yesterday confirmed that diagnosis.  However, we were very happy to learn that it is only on one side, and the palate does not appear to be affected at all.  They can't make guarantees until he's here, but it looks like the best possible scenario given the circumstances.

Our doctor is putting us in contact with a great team at All Children's Hospital.  We're going to meet with them in the next few weeks to try and establish a game plan, and get familiar with the options, choices and potential hurdles.  We felt good walking out of the office yesterday.  We love him so much already, and we'll get him through whatever comes!
