Worried about appt tonight

I have been feeling for the past couple of days like I have a bladder infection. I called my OB and she is out of town for the week, so the nurse suggested I go see my regular doc.

I saw him tonight and they tested my urine. He said it was inconclusive as to whether there was an infection so they are sending it to be cultured.

Anyway, what I am worried about is he also said they found quite a few keytones. He asked if I have had my glucose test yet. I have not. I have been diagnosed with pre-diabetes in the past and have since tested my blood sugar. It hasn't been high and was normal tonight as well.

Has anyone else ever been told they have keytones? It's hard to find too much out online, except for it being related to gd.
