Who will be in delivery room?

Who are you planning on having with you in the delivery room?

Right after I got pregnant my mom had mentioned that she will also be in the delivery room with DH and I.  After a few talks with DH he feels that it should just be him and I in the room and after delivery my mom can come in before others.  While I completely value his opinion, I feel awkward telling my mom that we don't want her there.  Is anyone in the same situation?

I agree with my DH and feel that maybe it should just be the 3 of us and our "new" family for a few moments before others are allowed in. I just don't know the best way to explain this to her.
