Hepatitis Shot at Hospital?

Hello, Ladies!!

I went to my first Lamaze class this week and our nurse said that we should start working on our Birth Plan. One of the things she told us to look into is whether we want our LO's to get their first Hep shot at the hospital or at their first check-up appointment.

I'm going in for a check-up today, so I'll ask my doc about it then, but do any of you ladies have any knowledge about this or any experience with which is best?
