Basically today has not been my day! I went to the Doctors this morning bc of some minor spotting doc says everything is good but put me on a work restriction to not lift anything over 20lbs until further notice. So I take my work restriction to work and my supervisor says "in your job description it says that you have to be able to lift 50lbs, if you are unable to do this then basically you can't do your job" Geez ughh so basically she made me clock out until she is able to speak with HR on "what to do" So I am asking you ladies can I really get fired over this? Its totally out of my control..When I got this job and signed my job description I didnt think I was going to be expecting anytime soon....this really sucks! Do I have any rebuttle here? Btw I am a Nurse and have only been with this company since April. Thankfully I have a new job starting October 17th but I def do not want to go that long without income:/
