Was that the baby moving?

I have yet to feel LO move but for the last 10 mins I keep getting this fast sharp pain in my lower left side.  Like quick pain, not like a huge pain just enough to make me stop and go ummmm.  I'm wondering if it's the baby FINALLY kicking me or if its growing pains.  I asked 2 of my friends at work and they both say could be LO moving around in there or growing pains!  Man I thought I'd know!  I didn't think kicks would hurt or be consistent this early. What's your vote LOL
