Any of you ladies meal plan? How far in advance? 1 week...a few days?
I really want to try and start doing this - I usually get my big haul of groceries on the weekend and because I haven't planned out my meals a lot can end up going to waste (which I hate).
Anyone use software to do it? Or just write down some recipes and ingredients for the week?
When I lived alone it was so easy to plan - cook on Sundays and eat it all week...but DH is like a garburator which = cooking dinner every night and making lunches every day. I am usually gone to work from 7 - 7 so it equals a very long day...
