Can I still get cysts while pregnant?

I have had a strange pain in my lower left side (actually more off to the front but on the left side), since yesterday. It's very tender to touch and hurts if I have to you my ab muscles at all, like for pushing myself off the couch or out of bed. Also, my little boy is snuggly at night and if his leg just touches the area it hurts like heck The baby is kicking a lot but that doesn't make the area hurt, only if I touch it or use my muscles, or turn to lie on that side. The pain almost feels like a cyst. I can think of what else it could be. Aren't all of my organs moved up at this point?
