Cervical polyp anyone?

A couple of weeks ago I had some brown spotting for a day and then a few days later it came back. So I went to the NP that works with my dr and she said I have a small cervical polyp.  She said it shouldn't cause any serious problems and that they're pretty common in women who've given birth before.

The funny thing is that she told me "not to worry if I see some bleeding from time to time".  Isn't that the ONE thing that a pregnant woman fears to see the most!?!? Blood when you're pregnant!?! And she's telling me not to worry and I'll probably see more and more the further along my pregnancy gets b/c pressure will be put on it.

Anyone have any experience with them?
