Fisher price Broken Zen swing

Last year we bought the fisher price zen swing and the music stop working on it  a few months ago. I called fisher price today they told me that they where all out of motors. They are now sending me out a check for $220.00  to buy a new swing.  I never registered my swing and I did not have the receipt so I thought I was going to be screwed. This makes me want to buy fisher price all over again.
