I'm sure this has been asked but I went back a couple pages and couldn't find anything.
Does anyone else feel like their feet look like shrek feet? I don't know if it's the fact that I'm up and down on my feet all day or the heat or a combination but they seem so swollen. I think I drink enough water (but who really knows) that I could drown, I also try to put them up at night when I'm home. Could this be something that contributes to a sudden jump in weight? I know I'm bound to get those bigger week increases but I was just wondering if the swelling could also be a contributor?
Any more ideas to help/avoid some of the swelling? I feel like it's just inevitable from here on out but who knows.
