Compression Socks Question...

I never had compression socks when i was pregnant with DS, but probably could have used them. I was SO swollen.  Now that I'm teaching I'm pretty sure I'm going to swell like a balloon and am looking at compression socks.  My cousin recommended Footsmart.com but I am lost from there. (light/moderate/firm support, etc.) Any recommendations? I'll need them to be work appropriate - black, brown, beige made of a nice looking material.... I'm looking for knee highs or over the calf
