Baby shower vent

My SIL is insisting that she wants to throw me a baby shower. I feel really weird about it because I just had a HUGE shower last year when I was pregnant with my daughter and I am having another girl this time. I don't feel comfortable with it really but she insists. To be honest I don't even really need anything and I do not want people to feel like I am holding my hand out for gifts again. I told her IF we do one then maybe just a diaper shower but she didn't seem keen on that. She didn't get to go to my shower last year because she had to work so I don't know, maybe she is just trying to make up for that.
