I think my c-worker is KU-need advice

She told me back when I started TTC that she would start in summer...today she RAN to the bathroom twice, the second time saying she's "not doing good" and just moments ago she said she was closing her office door and taking a nap on the floor....I so DO NOT want to be "that person" who outs her or point blank asks her if she is KU.  I keep saying awww I hope you feel better, I probably sound so fake, but I don't want to say anything that will make her think I "know" (which I really do not).

Have you ever been in this situation?  When you were going through this earlier what did you want your co-workers to say/do (if anything).
