Sleeping on back?

Yes this is my second child and this will sound like  1st time mom question but I am freaked out.  Last night all three times I woke up to go pee I was on my back.  I know this is bad for the baby but I honestly can't stop myself in my sleep.  Is this a problem now in my pregnancy or later?  I didn't have this issue with my DD I have always been a side sleeper.  DO any of those pregnancy pillows prevent you from laying on your back?
