Opinions for a name- Ezra

Ok, so DH and I are just starting to think of names (I know, we are a little slow to jump on the band wagon) and I came across the name Ezra (for a boy... for girls names, I am in need of some divine assistance!).  I really like it and it is pronouncable in both languages but I am not conviced that LO wouldn't receive severe mockery at school, and in society for that matter... Due to accents anything that starts with H and ends in -in, -an, -on-, -im, -ey, etc. are out of the question there are certain vowel combinations that are out of the question, too.  Man, this is really tough!
