Help me plan my silly girl's get together (please) NBR!

I am planning a girl's crafting party that I've coined as the Wannabe British Biatches. We will be crafting our own fascinator hats for a couple hours and then hitting the town in our couture creations.

While I don't have to make a lot of food as we will be busy crafting in mid afternoon, do you have any fun ideas of munchies I could make with a British (or royal) kinda theme? What about some decorations?
