sippy cup recs

can anyone recommend a good sippy cup? Cece has been using a munchkin training cup and loves it and is very handy with it, but i don't think she's getting much out of it. It's much harder to pull from it than from a bottle. But i'm interested in trying to give her her BM bottle feeds with a sippy cup, but i know it would take her forever with her munchkin. Anyone found a good one with a faster flow? TIA!
