I weighed myself this morning and I lost 2.5 pounds in one day!!!!! I know it's mostly water weight but who cares! I'm psyched!!
So my meal plan for today is:
Lemon Water
Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, apple, tea
Snack: (I forgot it at home) Booo...
Lunch: Yogurt w/strawberries and tea
Snack: Yet another yogurt w/jam
Dinner: Grilled chicken on a salad.
Good? It's hard not having the book yet, but I get it this weekend!
