Hi. Ok so my Mom and I are doing this together and we're sharing a book so for right now I'm going off very basic knowledge, like looking at the menu plans. So any info you can throw in is super helpful! I'm getting the book this weekend but I didn't want to wait! Here's my menu for the day, let me know what you think:
Lemon Water (Yuck BTW!)
Breakfast: Nonfat plain yogurt with 2 tbsp sugar free jam and 1 c. strawberries. Tea.
Snack: Apple
Lunch: A big salad with grilled chicken and olive oil & balsamiv vinegar. Tea
Snack: Another yogurt with just jam (no berries)
Dinner: Grilled Chicken and steamed broccoli (can I have broccoli? If not then green beans). Tea.
What other things are you guys eating? For meals specifically. Thanks!!
