I'm starting Day 4 tomorrow. I've lost almost 3 lbs of water weight, but SO WHAT! I did eat some turkey sausage, although we aren't supposed to have that. I HATE yogurt, because I hate all milk products basically. I'm eating yoplait light and Originals. I am not drinking a glass of hot water, because that's really weird and hard to get down, lol. The menu is SO boring, but I just want to hold out and I think Cycle 2 should be easier. Lots of different meats and seafood. I could live off of seafood, so I'm excited. Unfortunately, I don't eat any of the legumes. I would love to hear your experiences!
