needing more than two hands

My ds only wants to walk holding my hands now and is beyond frustrated when I don't do it, leaving him miserable... I have ordered a walker hoping it will get here soon... in the meantime am having trouble balancing his needs with my daughter's, she is 3 and gets frustrated with me taking care of him... I know its an inevitable situ but was wondering if anyone has any tips or tricks for me on how to split up time/attention and or share it??? thanks
