Advice needed

Our 19 month old refuses to sit in his highchair anymore, screams, tries to throw himself out of it.  So last night I put him in a regular chair, same thing. He wants me to hold him while he eats. I am not doing this. Period.  But he's crazy headstrong and in the middle of his tantrum throwing which is making me crazy.

Any ideas on what to do?
