Does anyone have multi functioning gear?

I posted this on 3-6 as well. However I am starting to look at gear and see a few companies make things that do more then one thing.

So the exersaucer is also a play mat

The swing becomes a high chair a seat and a toddler chair.

If you are using something like this how is it? Do you love it? think it's a great quality or do you wish you had gotten a few things differently? Thanks
