Might be pregnant. WDYT?

Im not on BC and we have been using condoms. About a week and a half ago we had a in the moment, um, mishap. I have been having lower tummy pains & for the last couple of days I have had what i would describe as a viral infection type of sickness (fever, vomiting). Do you think I'm just sick & paranoid or think I'm pregnant? AF isn't due for a week so I don't want to take any home pregnancy tests yet.
