diaper bags (xp from baby gear)

Since last October I have been using the Jujube BFF diaper bag. This weekend I noticed there is a hole where the strap meets the back of the bag. I contacted the site that I bought it from and they said they will pay to have it shipped back and refund my money.

So now I'm concerned about buying another jujube because I don't want it to rip again. Has anyone else had problems with their diaper bags doing this? Can you recommend a bag that has lasted for you? Thanks!
