She haz it... bad.  I feel guilty that I didn't see it sooner Sad 

I have her hard toys in the dishwasher, her soft toys in the dryer and we will soak the toys at work in vinegar water since that's the only place she could have picked this up.  Nystatin in her mouth and Nystatin in me.  DH is picking up Lotrimin AF to mix into the Desitin for her diaper area since that's pretty red too.  Here I thought she just had a diaper rash.  I feel like such a bad mom!!
